We deliver your Clearer Cleanse straight to your door the day before or the morning you start, you can receive it in 1 day batches so you get the best, freshest possible juice. Your juices are slow pressed, extracting vitamins, minerals and live enzymes straight from the pulp with no preservatives--so it's important to refrigerate them as soon as possible, and to start your Clearer Cleanse that morning.
In your delivery you will have 6 Juices per day with each bottle labelled 1 through to 6. You drink them in this order approximately 2 hour apart.During your Clearer Cleanse it's important to drink at least 2 Litres of Water a day to help flush out the toxins and stay well-hydrated. You can sip on as much herbal tea as you like--just make sure it contains no caffeine. Dry-brushing before your shower,mild exercise and getting a lymphatic drainage massage are all helpful aids when cleansing.
A Yoga session or Steam/Sauna can also produce excellent results while your body is detoxing.
