We do suggest a workout while on the cleanse… yoga, walking, or a light run/swim are all good options.Drink a lot of water! This will help your body flush out all the nasty stuff you have inside and further the detoxification process. Extra coconut water can be consumed and this is especially good if you are doing a lot of excercise.
Listen to your body. If you need to rest, do so. If you need to eat some solid food, that’s ok! We are human, after all. If you need to snack on raw fruits, veggies, and nuts while on the cleanse, do so. You know your body better than anyone. Watermelon, cucumber and papaya are good choices.
